The course is designed to provide participants with
knowledge and skills for monitoring and promoting continual improvement.
The course applies to those organizations seeking continual improvement
of the effectiveness and efficiency of their management system.
These concepts apply to internal (self) audits as well as external
(supplier) audits. They apply to regulated and non-regulated industries,
as well as government and service organizations. The book Continual
Improvement Assessment and a handy wallet card is included with
the class. The wallet card highlights key points presented in the
class. Successful completion of the class will result in a certificate
for 8 contact hours (0.8 CEUs). The class is also available as
web-based training.
After the Audit: Closing the Loop on the
Audit Process: 2 Days - 1.3 CEUs.
This course is designed to inspire students by teaching them how
to improve the effectiveness of their audit reports and audit programs
in order to maximize the benefits to the customer (the organization).
Students will learn how to improve corrective actions from audits
and how to improve the process. Experienced auditors and other stakeholders
(management, auditees) should attend.
